Talend was on a mission to place phrases to what have been essentially undefinable qualities of its model and tradition. What its individuals advertising group, led by International Folks Advertising and marketing Supervisor Jonathan Hehir, uncovered was the significance of tradition, range, and company-wide EVP stewardship.
Why Tradition Is Key
“It’s robust for candidates to actually perceive what their subsequent enterprise seems like and the kind of tradition they’re concerned about,” Hehir says. “I can perceive why candidates after they’re taking a look at their job search, are behaving extra like customers. Everybody’s edging for that little little bit of consideration.”
